Malegra DXT (Sildenafil/Duloxetine) is a combination of well-known sildenafil citrate (Viagra) and duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI). Antidepressants of the SNRI and SSRI classes including duloxetine have long been used off-label to treat premature ejaculation. Delayed orgasm is a well known effect of such drugs. Malegra DXT is made up of 100mg of Sildenafil (the worlds ED bestseller) and 30mg/60mg of Fluoxetine (the most effective remedy against premature ejaculation). a new super strength pill (taken orally) for Erectile Dysfunction. Sildenafil helps the body to relax mussels thus increasing the blood flow into the penis. Fluoxetine lowers helps you to delay the ejaculation. Malegra DXT is a new step in men`s sexual health treatment.
Directions
Malegra DXT tablets can be taken with or without food. Use it when you need, but not more than 1 dose a day. Never exceed the prescribed dosage as it won`t help you to gain better results but only will lead to side effects. Sildenafil is absorbed within 20–30 minutes. Duloxetine is absorbed within 40–60 minutes, however the best effect is reached in 90 minutes. So it`s better to take the product one hour before the sexual intercourse. Alcohol and fat food can reduce the effect.
Missed Dose
Use Malegra DXT when you need it, so you cannot miss a dose. However is used only when needed, so a missed dose cannot happen. However do never exceed the prescribed dosage as it won`t help you to gain better results but only will lead to side effects.
Storage
Keep the product away heat, moisture and light. The temperature should be between 59–86F (15–30C). Make sure children cannot reach it.
